Vital Yoga is a place of amazing energy. Experience the sound of Om that resonates throughout the Highland's studio after we have been tested by Ms. Desi's Friday morning music class. Witness the dedication Ms. Micah evokes with her dharma talks and her sharp eye on our alignment. In the echoes of Om, we all walk away energized, renewed and inspired. It is bliss. Thank you. It occurred to me that as practioners we spend a lot of time on our mats. Every day we practice yoga, we set an intention for ourselves, our lives, and our community. Because symbols support us by helping us concentrate and visualize what we want, it makes sense that our mat would be an ideal point of focus, a gateway for dreams.
Many of you have seen my art at Vital Yoga's Highland studio. The entryway mural and the Vitality Center signs are samples of my work. (You may also see art samples at www.mondo-mehndi.com.) Now, after extensive product development and testing, Mehndi Visions, LLC, a.k.a. Mondo Mehndi, is open for business.
